Terms of Service

Welcome to Happy Hoopoe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “Parent,” or “Subscriber”) and Happy Hoopoe (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and purchase of our monthly subscription crates, products, and web services at happyhoopoe.com.

Eligibility: By subscribing or purchasing from Happy Hoopoe, you represent that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age possessing the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your local jurisdiction.

Happy Hoopoe delivers curated, screen-free tactile discovery crates on a recurring monthly cadence. Each crate includes physical wooden and craft discovery activities, illustrated storybooks, badges, and adventure materials.

When you subscribe, you agree to an initial charge followed by recurring monthly charges at our then-current subscription rate until you pause, skip, or cancel your membership. You may choose between Month-to-Month, 6-Month prepaid, or Annual prepaid subscription tiers.

We believe in complete freedom and zero sneaky lock-ins:

• Monthly Renewal Timing: Monthly renewals are billed on the 1st calendar day of each month. We send an advance reminder email 3 days before any renewal charge.
• Pausing & Skipping: If you are away on family vacation or need a break, you can skip a month or pause your deliveries directly from your Parent Portal before the 1st of the month.
• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 1st of the renewal month with zero cancellation fees. If you cancel after a renewal charge has occurred, your cancellation takes effect starting the subsequent month, and you will receive the crate you paid for.

All prices displayed on happyhoopoe.com are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) or US Dollars (USD) as selected by the user. Prices for customers in Saudi Arabia include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in compliance with ZATCA tax regulations.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Apple Pay) for the recurring amount of your subscription plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry automatically; your crate dispatch may be held until payment is resolved.

Welcome Crate Dispatch: Your initial welcome box is dispatched from our Madinah workshop within 48 business hours of your subscription confirmation.

Monthly Shipments: Subsequent crates are dispatched between the 5th and 8th of each month. Courier delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days across Saudi Arabia and 4–7 business days within the GCC. You will receive real-time SMS tracking updates for every parcel.

Parental Supervision: Our crates are designed for children aged 3 to 10. While every piece is sanded smooth and built with care, some activities contain small wooden pegs, dowels, or cords. Adult supervision is required during play, especially for children under 5 years of age.

Under our beloved “Puppy & Under-the-Couch” Guarantee, if any wooden part, activity card, or craft token from your current crate gets lost under living room furniture, stepped on, or chewed by a family pet, we will mail you a replacement part free of charge.

We want your family to experience pure wonder. If you or your curious explorers are not delighted with your first welcome box, contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Our flock will do everything we can to make it right, including issuing a full refund for that first box.

All original illustrations, characters (including our Hoopoe guide), storybooks, activity blueprints, trade dress, logos, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Happy Hoopoe and protected by Saudi and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from our activity designs or storybooks without prior written permission.

When you submit build reviews, feedback, or craft photos in the Parent Portal, you grant Happy Hoopoe a non-exclusive license to feature your helpful feedback in our explorer community gallery.

Nest Feathers earned through reviews and subscription loyalty hold no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for currency, but may be redeemed for promotional discounts and bonus craft items.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Happy Hoopoe's aggregate liability for any claims arising from a purchased product or subscription shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific crate or order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email prior to the effective date of the changes.
